Rectangles, 96E, DBN Media, Kleve, Germany

Kleve in Germany is located just south of the Rhine on the slope of the Lower Rhine Ridge. With the discovery of a mineral spring, a Kurhaus in Bad Kleve (Bath Kleve) was inevitable.

Here, in this rustic environment, the DBN Media office is equipped with louver systems. By Sunshield, in collaboration with Vivante Bosman in Borculo (Netherlands).

This office has a number of relatively small windows. That is why a creative solution has been devised. Side by side windows are combined in one slat system.

And yet, no fewer than 19 slat systems have been installed on the front and side walls, with a combined surface area of 75 m². All are motor controlled.

DBN Media has opted for the 96-E louver. This slat has a width of 96 mm and offers with open louvers a view of 9 cm between the blades.

The aluminium parts are coated in RAL 7016, anthracite grey. The plastic components are finished in black.
