School CSO De Boog, 75E Louver, Apeldoorn, NL

Apeldoorn

The front facade of the school building of CSO De Boog in Apeldoorn (NL) faces south. Teachers and students in the classes on the first floor were often bothered by the sun. In the form of light, warmth and glare.

Sunshield has fitted the windows of these rooms with unique louver systems. The four large ones measure 14.5 m2, the smaller ones on the far left a good 3 m2. All blinds have their own motor and remote control.

The school board has chosen the 75-E louver. Which has a blade with a convex front and a width of 75 mm. The sides of the louver systems are sealed with finishing profiles, preventing light from the sides. Moreover, it looks nice. Finished.

All aluminium parts are natural anodised. During anodizing, the protective layer is built up from the aluminium itself. In fact, the natural aging process of aluminium is accelerated in a controlled manner. The plastic parts are finished in a matching light grey.
