Google Virtual Tour of the SUNSHIELD factory in Raamsdonksveer

Have you always wanted to take a peek inside the factory where the unique louvers are made? Now you can do so from behind your favorite screen! A 360-degree virtual tour is available via Google Street View.

As soon as you enter the gate, you will see the entrance to the showroom on the right. This is where the virtual tour begins. Walk through the showroom and turn left into the factory.

You will then arrive at the assembly department, where clips are placed in the supports and motors are programmed on long work benches, among other things. At the back right stands the injection molding machine we use to make those clips.

If you continue walking, you will enter the middle hall. This is where the logistics department is located, where goods are received and louver systems are shipped. And in case you noticed, we also keep aluminum profiles in stock here.

In the rightest hall, or the most west hall if you prefer, profiles are sawn and punched, among other things; the first steps in the production process. And aluminum profiles are kept in stock here as well. 

Our louver systems are available in any color, and you can choose between powder coating or anodizing. We do not do this ourselves; it is outsourced to partners with whom we have been working for a long time.
